Course Description
One day intensive lecture and laboratory educational experience designed to instruct on diagnosis and treatment of many shoulder problems.
The lectures and labs will be presented by Physicians and physical therapists.
Any individuals involved in the non-operative and surgical treatment of shoulder pain may benefit from this course.
Completion of this course will provide a maximum of
10 Continuing Medical Education credits.
Approved by OPTA for 9.5 credits.
Approved by OPTAT for 9.25 credits.
Objectives:
1. Provide multiple focused lectures and discussions on common shoulder conditions and treatments rational from regional experts and shoulder surgery.
2. Provides shoulder specimen labs for hands-on learning of anatomy, advanced arthroscopic techniques, Kinesio Taping and manipulative therapy techniques.
